Brent, who acquired his real estate license in 1993, graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Journalism. He began his professional career as an executive search consultant with the world's largest recruiting firm, Management Recruiters International. Despite being named the organization's "Rookie of the Year" and succeeding as a consistent top performing account executive, Brent joined RE/MAX Partners in September 1999 to help form The Mechler Group. As a 20-year resident of South Florida, he brings his sales experience and market knowledge to the team. |

Courtney L. Mechler: |
| Courtney was the second piece of the puzzle in "The Mechler Group", joining her mother in August, 1999. She graduated with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Education. Courtney's specialization within her college was "instructional computing." The computer skills that she acquired serves the group well and keeps them technically up-to-date. Her tremendous work ethic, professionalism and passion for the community also contribute to her success. |

Garrett L. Mechler: |
Garrett was the most recent addition to the Mechler Group. Garrett joined the team in September, 2002, after graduating with honors from the University of Florida with a Bachelor's degree in Visual Arts. His tremendous creativity and artistic capabilities were put to good use - - further enhancing the teams website and revolutionizing its advertisements and traditional marketing methods. In addition to this, Garrett functioned as the team's internal office manager. As a fully licensed agent, he was equipped to process and oversee files, manage contracts and timelines, and communicate with and assist clients. |
